Amina hills, guzape
Located on the hilly terrain in Guzape, Abuja, this design fuses building architecture interestingly with the terrain on which it sits. The two rows of terraces sitting on different levels allows both units equal view rights of the city below.
The project is currently undergoing planning approval and is slated to commence in August 2022
ethan's grove
This over 24000 sqm of real estate is home for smart, sustainable and elegant living. Existing trees and shrubs were not cut down. Affected trees were replanted to preserve the vegetative ecosystem. The estate houses a variety of building types for middle income earners. A major highlight of this design is the deep terraces, extensive solar rooftops, smart orientation and a 1 km jogging path to keep fit.
The project is currently in schematic design phase.
giwa gardens resort
The team designed this unique holiday resort to give tourists a thrilling experience while enjoying comfort, fitness and nature’s tranquility. It features huts, water slides, tunnels, bridges and a floating bar which ensures that both adults and kids have a great time to relax, have fun and recharge.
The project is currently under construction and projected delivery date is November 2022
hans specialist hospital
A proposed 750 bed specialist hospital designed to be built in Lagos, Nigeria. This was birthed by a team of Medical doctors in Diaspora who are geared to cushion the rapidly rising demand in healthcare in Nigeria.
The project is still at Detailed design stage and plans to commence construction in November 2023
hotel development badagry
Located close to the coastline of Badagry. On a site of approximately 1400 sqm,
This design combines hotel and apartment features to give tourists an all-round experience of hospitality, wellness and comfort.
The project is currently at planning approval stage while construction is projected to commence in November 2022.
hts clinics lekki
This design is a refit of an existing building to serve as an internationally recognized hospital in Lekki, lagos. The main building houses Pediatric clinic, Maternity, Accident & Emergency, theatre, ultrasound etc. The use of bright colours and open interconnected spaces, gives an ambience that creates calmness and facilitates healing just from space experience.
The project is currently under construction and is slated to be completed by October, 2022
residential development, ikeja
While the world gravitates towards contemporary design style, some clients would rather stick with the traditional classic design style. Here is one of them.
Though the building sits on less that 500sqm, this design maximized the land size to create cozy spaces and a bold and timeless building façade.
hts hospital oniru
The design of the Hospital for trauma and surgery was inspired by the study of hospital end user experience combined with in-depth research from a team of Specialist Doctors to refit and expand an existing building to a hospital to tackle the increasing demand for primary healthcare.
Located in Oniru, Lagos state, the seamless space flow from A&E through treatment and surgery, to recovery makes the design a huge success.
luxury mall design, lekki
This design combines a form that is smooth and sublime and colours that create a vogue atmosphere for shopping luxury designer items. The extensive use of a solar harvesting exo-skeletal system was also an innovative way to keep the building powered at all times.

medcity lagos
The proposed Lagos Medcity was created to attain LEED sustainability and green design rating.
The need for medical tourism in West African birthed the design of a community of hospitals, training institutes, and hotels which is projected to serve as an oasis for wellness and a medical tourism hub in West Africa.
The project is still at design phase and is currently undergoing series of sustainability and Environmental impact analysis.
olivia courts lekki
This design tackles affordable housing needs in Lekki area of Lagos. The efficient use of space gives a comfortable living experience while the units remain affordable. The simple design and use of easily sourced materials also eased construction thereby reducing costs.
The adoption of smart lighting, motion sensored water faucets and solar panels also cuts down power consumption by 60% against conventional systems.
olivia heights & terraces, lekki
The timeless design style of Olivia Heights is easy to spot from a mile away. The team came up with the design after intense research on ways to cut down cost of housing, while maximizing value of land. The comfort was taken a notch higher than the Olivia courts.
Smarter features were infused through coordination with expert consultants from other disciplines.
The triangular loft apartments located at their pent floor levels were designed to create some level of exclusivity for residents seeking to enjoy a slice of luxury.

This design sits on a 450sqm piece of land. Contrary to its simple design style, its pent floor was specially designed to serve as a gym, home office, master suite and a sauna (steam bath) for the client’s comfort.
The project is approaching construction completion.
residential terraces, lakowe
This contemporary style terrace design is in response to the request from our client to create a homey neighborhood using earthy colour theme and neutrals for its façade finishes.
The use of lightweight cladding materials, fair faced concrete finish, wood and travertine finishes provide thermal comfort while improving the appearance of the building architecture.

With the primary intention to own a simple home for his young family, we were engaged by a client to create this simple yet elegant masterpiece of art.
With the only constraint being the availability of barely 400 sqm of land, the team was able to push creatively to come up with a design that is at once aesthetically appealing and very efficient.
Project is approaching completion. Handover date is scheduled for September, 2022
residential development, port harcourt, rivers state
This building design is a strong interpretation of the client’s vision for a palatial country home for his retirement. The villa houses a chamber/ home office, grand car port and a full sized guest house. The interior is graced with antique rustic finishes, and finely cut wrought iron ironmongery to create finish the classical look.

The team came up with this timeless contemporary style façade and pent floor design in response to the home owner’s request to convert the looks of his building from a Neo-classical design style to contemporary style. The client also requested for some interior upgrades and refit.
We loved the old look because we were a major part of the previous design but we are equally excited to be given the opportunity to upgrade its looks.
